These terms govern your use of Away, operated by Secret Agency Pty Ltd ABN 35 613 451 371. By using Away, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Using Away

• You must be 18 or over to create an account or make a booking
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate information when booking or applying
• Away is a discovery and booking platform — hosts and guides are independent operators

Bookings and payments

• Bookings are confirmed when payment is processed via Stripe
• Away charges a platform fee on each booking, disclosed at checkout
• Cancellation terms are set per-experience and disclosed before booking
• Away is not responsible for disputes between guests and hosts — but we will assist in resolution

Your conduct

• Treat hosts, guides, and other guests with respect
• Arrive on time and prepared for your booked experience
• Do not bring undisclosed guests to a property
• Leave spaces as you found them
• Do not use Away to facilitate anything illegal

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Away may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or in breach of these terms. Hosts and guides may respond to reviews on the platform.

Intellectual property

All content on Away — including text, images, logos and experience descriptions — is owned by Secret Agency or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. By uploading content to Away, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Limitation of liability

Away provides a platform connecting guests with hosts and guides. We are not party to the experience itself and accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in any experience booked through Away. Participate in all activities at your own risk and ensure you have appropriate travel and health insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
