Arrive without performance

Modern disconnection is often invisible — you can be surrounded by people and still feel utterly alone. The first day is about noticing that honestly, without trying to fix it immediately.

Land first

Before the relational work, the land. Time alone outside — walking, sitting, watching — rebuilds a basic sense of belonging that is the foundation for everything else. It sounds simple. It works.

What are you actually longing for?

A facilitated session to separate longing from loneliness — to understand what kind of connection you actually need, rather than reaching for whatever is nearest.

One real relationship

You leave with one relationship to tend — with yourself, with someone specific, with a place. Connection is practice, not destination.
