Path 04 · Stuck

Not a push.
A way through.

Stuckness isn't laziness or lack of willpower. It's a signal. This path helps you read the signal before you try to override it again.

What 3 days looks like

SeparationDay 1
Stop pushing

The stuck feeling intensifies when you push against it. The first day removes the pressure entirely — not to motivate you, but to stop the cycle of effort-and-failure that's been reinforcing the stuckness.

LiminalDay 2
What's the stuck protecting?

Inertia is never random. A facilitated session to explore what the resistance is actually about — what the stuck is keeping you from having to face. That's where movement becomes possible.

ReturnDay 3
The smallest real step

Not a plan. Not a list. One thing — small enough to be actually done, real enough to matter. You leave with that and nothing more.

  • Accommodation (3 or 7 nights)
  • Daily meals prepared on site
  • One facilitated session with your guide
  • Somatic movement session
